CANCELLATION

No cancellations are entertained for those products that are already been purchased. Refunds are only processed based on errors such as incorrectly shipped or if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. 
The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.

REFUND

We don’t offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. 

• Please note that delays caused by our courier partner are beyond our direct control, and therefore refunds will not be applicable in such cases.  As the order involves completed labor and processing costs, these charges remain non-refundable.  However, we will fully assist you with updates and ensure that any additional shipping or express charges incurred are appropriately supported.
   
• Due to the color dyeing process and limited batch availability, color variations may occur and therefore no return or refund will be accepted for color-related issues. 

If any damages caused by the customer once after received, we are not liable to take item back .

RETURNS

Pretty pink is a make – to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production.

There may be slight difference on dispatch date according to season basis . 
Orders are usually delivered within 15-20 working days.
Please note that Sunday and Public Holidays are not set as working days for Standard deliveries.
